Kindred Eager to Report to Clemson

by -

Adrian Kindred Defensive back Opelika High School 6'2", 198 pounds His summer has just begun, but Adrian Kindred is already thinking about the fall. Having qualified academically, the Clemson signee is more than ready for his college career to begin. "I am real excited," Kindred said. "I will report on June 30, but I am ready to leave now. I am not sure if I will take a summer class yet, but the sooner I get there, the better."

Since the high school football season ended, Kindred has been keeping in shape by playing basketball, lifting weights, and running. Kindred was a big part of Opelika's run to the state basketball semi-finals, averaging 15 points, six rebounds, and two assists per contest. All of that is behind him now, however, and Kindred's main focus is helping Clemson build on its strong finish last season.
