CLEMSON, SC--Former Clemson football All-American, Jim Bundren will be inducted into the Deleware Sports Hall of Fame Tuesday night, May 15, at the Bank One Center on the Wilmington, DE Riverfront. This will be the 32nd class of inductees into the Delaware Sports Hall of Fame. There are now 249 people in 28 different sports that have been honored.

Bundren was an All-Atlantic Coast Conference football player at Clemson University (1994-97) and was a guard for three NFL teams from 1998 to 2002 before his career was cut short by a knee injury. He was a 1998 draft pick of the Miami Dolphins, and played with the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns.

At Clemson, Bundren started at left tackle in 47 games, a school record. He was chosen second team All-American by Football News and third team AP All-American.

In high school in Delaware, Bundren was a first-team All-State selection at A.I. du Pont High, and a two-way starter in the Blue-Gold All-Star game.
