who will take the first of three official visits this weekend. Fields decommitted from South Carolina last month and is now considering Clemson, Texas and LSU.

has coming in this 2015 class.

“Clemson has real great 2015 class with a lot of good d-linemen coming in,” Fields said. “Clemson is always going to recruit good offensive weapons but the defense is on the rise. Coach Venables - from the d-line all the way back to the secondary - has a top-notch defense now.”

He also said that he could see himself playing alongside standout corner Mackensie Alexander.

“Absolutely I think that can happen with the DB’s that they've got coming in along with Mackensie and some of the other guys that they've got there now,” Fields said. “I really think that that can happen. Coach (Mike) Reed is a great, great DB coach. I feel like his coaching style fits me perfectly and by all means I think they can have it.”

will also be on hand this weekend for an official visit and he told TigerNet that he is looking forward to seeing how he fits in at Clemson and that a commitment this weekend isn’t entirely out of the question.

"My dad and my little brother and cousin are coming with me this weekend," Johnson said. "I just want to have a good time and I hope that I will feel comfortable at Clemson and like the campus and everything."
