On USC offense - "The most balanced team as far as being able to make big plays they we have played. We got to do a good job ourselves on offense of taking care of the ball and scoring touchdowns. "

On Ellington status - "Don't know yet. We will make a decision on Tuesday. Hopefully he is continuing to get better since I saw him on Thursday and he will be ready to give it a go."

On Ellington's surgery before the bowl game - "We have in fact already scheduled the surgery regardless if he plays this week or not."

On Tajh Boyd's play - "He did a good job. He did a really job for his first extensive playing time that he has had in a while."

On USC game at end of the year - "I'm a traditional guy. I think it is good. I think it is a great way to end the year."

On Injuries -

WR Terrance Ashe - Has a broken fibula and the preliminary report doesn't look good for his ACL as well.

LB Brandon Maye and DL Miguel Chavis - should be back.

WR Bryce McNeal - will know more on his status on Monday.
