Cullen Harper Quarterback Sequoyah High School (Alpharetta, Ga.) 6'3 1/2, 215 pounds. Cullen Harper feels he is walking into a great situation. The Clemson signee, who has qualified academically, doesn't expect to start ahead of veteran quarterback Charlie Whitehurst, and looks forward to being an understudy.

"I am ready for the football season to get here," Harper said. "I know there is a lot I have to work on, things like learning the plays, getting comfortable with the offense, and getting used to the speed of the college game, but I am looking forward to it." "I am excited about learning from Charlie. He has been successful over the past two years, and should be this year too. I don't see any reason why I can learn from him and be successful as well." Since the football season ended, Harper has been staying in shape by follwoing the workout that Clemson sent him. He spends his time running, working out, and throwing as often as possible. "This will be an interesting year for us," Harper said. "We should be successful, but with two new teams in the ACC, you never know what's going to happen." Clemson QB Breakdown
