Adidas to host online chat with C.J. Spiller

WHAT:

adidas and Eastbay have partnered to host a live online chat with Buffalo Bills rookie running back C.J. Spiller on Tuesday, June 22 at 7 p.m. ET. Fans will have the opportunity to ask the No. 9 overall NFL Draft pick questions and view his live responses via video at www.eastbay.com/adidas.

Spiller will also showcase the new adidas Scorch adiZero football cleat, which he will wear in his debut season with the Bills. At 8.5 ounces, the Scorch is the lightest football cleat ever made and is available at Eastbay.com. Chat participants will also have the chance to win a football autographed by Spiller.

The first running back selected in the draft, Spiller is one of the fastest players of the 2010 NFL rookie class. During his college career at Clemson, Spiller was a consensus All-American and set more than 30 conference and school records in various categories including all-purpose yards and career touchdowns.

Over the past year, the adidas NOW portal at Eastbay.com has hosted athlete chats with stars such as Dwight Howard, Derrick Rose and Justin Upton. adidas and Eastbay will continue to partner for athlete chats throughout the summer.
