CLEMSON, SC – Clemson students will have the opportunity to get to know new Tiger basketball Head Coaches Brad Brownell and Itoro Coleman, as the coaches hit the campus. The coaches will be out at the horseshoe by the Hendrix Student Center starting at 8:45 am with Dunkin' Donuts on hand near the high rises, and will be getting to know the student body to build momentum for the 2010-11 season.

Coleman, the women’s basketball head coach, will be on campus at 8:45 am. She was named head coach on March 29. She was a two-time ACC Champion as a player at Clemson in 1996 and 1999, and has over nine years of experience at Clemson.

Brownell will be on campus at 9:00 am. The new man at the helm of the men’s basketball program was introduced on April 13. He has spent the past four seasons at Wright State in Dayton, Ohio. In eight years as a head coach, Brownell’s teams have reached three NCAA tournaments and won 20 or more games six times.
