Tiger Baseball to Play in Myrtle Beach Regional

CLEMSON -- The Clemson baseball team has been selected to play in the Coastal Carolina Regional in Myrtle Beach, SC on June 1-4. The games will be played at Coastal Federal Field in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Tigers are the second-seeded team in the regional. Coastal Carolina is the top seed, St. John's (NY) is the number-three seed and VCU is the fourth seed in the Myrtle Beach Regional.

All games of the regional will be televised by ESPNU.



Game times for the Myrtle Beach Regional are as follows:



Friday

Game 2 Clemson vs. Saint John's 12:00 PM

Game 1 Coastal Carolina vs. VCU 4:00 PM


Saturday

Game 3 12:00 PM

Game 4 4:00 PM


Sunday

Game 5 12:00 PM

Game 6 4:00 PM


Monday

Game 7 7:00 PM (if necessary)


Ticket Information for Myrtle Beach Regional

Tickets for the Myrtle Beach regional will be $60 for an all-tournament pass in the reserved section and $50 for an all-tournament pass in the general admission seats. Tickets for individual games will be $15 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission.

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans box office will handle all requests for tickets to the regional. Locals can reach the Pelicans box office by calling (843) 918-6000 or fans from outside the Myrtle Beach area can call toll free at (877) 918-TIXX (8499). Tickets will also be available online at the official website of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, www.myrtlebeachpelicans.com, within the next few days.
