Clemson will open the 2006 baseball season with a doubleheader today vs. James Madison, school officials said this morning.

The first game will begin at 4 p.m., as scheduled. Game Two will begin 30 minutes after the completion of game one. The change was made because of the amount of rain forecast for the balance of the weekend.

The third and final game of the series is now scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday. If the game is rained out, it will be played in its orginial slot - Sunday at 1 p.m.
