Haha, well he's not going to play RB.
He should fit in well along either of the lines though (maybe even at TE if there's a need there). Guy is a heck of an athlete for his size.

You mean like NFL Hall of Fame runningback Eric Dickerson? 6'3" 200lbs.
Don't assume anything. Dickerson is one of the greatest runningbacks in the history of the game, so being tall doesn't disqualify you from playing the position.

Bowers returned kicks and played rb in hs. Imagine 6-5 260 coming at you with a full head of steam.

Are you referring to high school or college playing years? Bc I know that Bowers never ran the ball as RB at clemson. I haven't missed a game in person or tv in a long time..

I agree with what you are saying, but Morris is going to sign a QB next year, too. He's not going to rest on his laurels, so while everyone's making a little to big of a deal about Kelly, they'll be someone else to fall in love with next year.

That is the way it should be. Every year you should sign a QB and every QB should have the chance to compete for playing time. Because of poor planning we had to take 3 QBs in the last cycle but after redshirts/greyshirts it should all work out. If Kelly can come in and prove he is clearly better than Stout and McNeil next year he should avoid redshirt. If not take the year to get better and push the other two the next season.
