The plan was announced Monday by Dr. James E. Bostic, Jr., President of IPTAY, and by Director of Athletics Dr. Terry Don Phillips.

What percentage of the 37.1% affected were the folks who have been giving every year for the last 20, 30, 40+ years to bring IPTAY and the program into the prominent position that its in today? To be in the top 20 (in attendance) today, never would have happened without the support of the 37% who are getting shafted by this. The 37% who are no longer in their high earning years...
