Who cares what excuses people have for it… us giving up only 5 ppg vs SEC teams is awesome.

Go Tigers!

The tweet with the depth chart is insane. I hope the players never have another year of injuries like this.

Impressive stat, DHood!

So, if my sketchy math is accurate--
Clemson now leads the series 72-42-4.
Clemson now has a record of 53-33-3 in Columbia.
Clemson now has shut out the Gamecocks 22 out of 89 games in Columbia, roughly 25% of the time.
In the rest of the games in Columbia in which the Gamecocks actually score, they are still 31-33-3. In other words, they win roughly 50% of the games they score in.
In games played in Clemson, the Tigers lead the series 19-9-1. The Gamecocks win 30% of the games in Clemson, and as you say, they have not been shut out there.

I would be really curious to know our winning pctg in various stadia. I assume our record at the Fairgrounds would be calculated separately from Willy B but both would be high.. I would bet that the Orange Bowl, B of A, Wallace Wade and Wake's stadium (whose name currently escapes me) and Scott (?)Stadium in Charlottesville (considering we were unbeaten there for years) rank among our most successful venues.

I'm pretty sure our success in Columbia is unmatched by any other D1 program. For instance, even though Oklahoma has almost 80 wins over Kansas, only 38 wins occurred in Lawrence, KS. (38-15)
