During the broadcast, the GameDay crew talked about the Clemson-NC State matchup that is set for 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPN. Clemson for me. That has been my prediction for 59 years, I have been wrong at times, but in the past 10 years, I have been right most of the time. Clemson wins by a few points, but it only takes being ahead by 1 point when the play clock expires to win, Clemson win!!!

I see Clemson taking a step forward offensively today through the air with continued success from Shipley on the ground. It will start with DJ but could end with TP if we need a spark. If Tony isn't creative in his playcalling today its gonna be a low scoring event but I have a good feeling hes gonna mix things up today. Tigers 27-NCST-6

Made my prediction yesterday. 23-6 or 23-10. CU offense gets better but still settles for field goals on a few drives. Big question is - does the D give up a TD or just a couple of field goals?
