I wouldnt even consider Penn St. to be in that group. They are better, by far, than USuC, and have a very storied history, but are not currently at the same level. Maybe he would have immediate play time? Im curious why no bammer or okla?

I concur. Maybe he got laid there by one of their "ladies". It had to have been something off the field that has gotten his attention, because it surely isn't all that football prowess. Anyway, I hope he chooses wisely. If he does, he will be a Tiger.
