Former Clemson wide receiver Amari Rodgers was selected with the 85th overall pick in the third round by the Green Bay Packers on Friday. Rodgers tallied 181 catches for 2,144 yards and 15 touchdowns over 1,901 snaps. Rodgers also overcame a torn ACL in spring practice at Clemson in 2019 and amazing Read Update »

What a great guy Amari is. Such a dependable, hard worker. I know we are all proud of him and happy that he's achieved this goal. Gonna need his long johns up there!

All of Amari's hard work has paid dividends. Green Bay traded up eight spots to get him--says a lot!

Just awesome. I remember his commitment video. Seemed like a great kid from the start. Seemed like a hard worker but I had no idea how hard of a worker he was. Delivered on his promise to bring Tee Higgins with him. Outstanding young man that all of tiger nation will be pulling for. Would love to see him coaching on the Clemson sidelines after he retires from the NFL.

What a STEAL GB grabbed up!!! I think that GB got the best deal in the entire 2021 draft. I knew there were more than just a few things that causes me to hate the NFL. and a talent, and a hard worker like Amari not getting taken until the 85th pick is just another reason to hate them sumbitches!!!
