Hemenway's shooting heroics not enough as Notre Dame beats Clemson

Alex Hemenway’s career effort wasn’t enough to beat Notre Dame. Hemenway came off the bench to score a career-high 16 points but Notre Dame had more playmakers down the stretch and walked away with a 61-57 victory at Littlejohn Coliseum Sunday afternoon. Worse. If you subtract Hemenway the rest of the team was 5-27 from Three-ville. That’s not even 1 out of 5. Not good.
