TNET: Tigers and Irish looking forward to playing in Jerry's World

Tigers and Irish looking forward to playing in Jerry's World

Dabo Swinney has been in college football for a long time and he’s never been to the Cotton Bowl, while Clemson hasn’t played in one of the sport’s most iconic bowl games in 79 years. For both Swinney and the Tigers, it promises to be a trip to remember.

I toured Jerry World during my A&M trip

It is quite evident how much money Jerry has invested in the place. It's the nicest football venue in the country, hands-down. Tiger fans are in for a treat if they go!

I will never forget the first game where Montana brought

N.D. back from brink of defeat. The Tigers played great defense.

I’ll never forget this game either’. I made the three plus hour drive to Death Valley without a ticket knowing I could buy one from a scalper at some price. Wrong! Absolutely no tickets were available. A large number of fans had the same idea I had and we all missed the game’. But even worse, a tour bus drove up a short while before kickoff loaded with Irish fans with the same plan! I listened to that game on the radio as I drove back to the mountains! It was a thriller’

Living here in Texas, I've never heard it called Jerry's World, just Jerry World. It's an impressive place, but I go out of my way not to support that ####### Jerry.
I will go to support Clemson, but Jerry and his Cowboys can stick it.

As a Cowboys fan, I'm super excited to see the Tigers play at AT&T Stadium! I've been to 2 home Cowboys games, which were a lot of fun. Just seeing the jumbo screen is worth the trip, ha! Gene Jones' art around the stadium is worth seeing too.

Giving BV almost a month to get his D ready for what ND does on offense is scary!!!

I'm glad Clemson is playing here rather than the Orange Bowl for a 4th time in 8 years. Now, if we could just see the Tigers in the Rose Bowl in two years, it would mean that in 10 years we would see them play in the Orange, Sugar, Peach, Cotton, Fiesta, and Rose. That would be impressive for sure.

and personally have never been there either but the field is still 100 yards long, has two end zones, two goal post, home side, visitor side and so on and so on. I'm sure it's a beautiful state of the art stadium but don't let a venue distract you from the job at hand. Take care of business then you can be awe of your surroundings. GO TIGERS and make a statement.
