Curious what other Clemson fans would prefer about being #1

If we finish #1 after ACC-CG we would go to the Sugar Bowl
If we finish #2 we would go to the Rose unless the #1 see was a Pac-12 Team.
Personally I would rather finish #2 and make a first ever Rose Bowl appearance and play a historic program that we've never played like MI or USC.
Would you rather be #1 to play closer and play the #4, or go to Rose and play the #3?

I just want to be in the top four.
For practical purposes, I think most fans would do things similarly to the last two years. They'll opt out of the playoff game and then attend the Championship game should we make it back again.

Oklahoma in the semi-final game. That's basically like having a first round bye and automatically gets us to the championship game.

because you pretty much lose a day of preparation for the Natty having to travel across country and back. Everyone's pretty spent.

I'd rather be #1 and take Sugar for the following reasons:
1) Closer location means easier travel for fans, players, coaches and families. Many more viable options to get to the game so less flight price gouging and more fans able to make the trip. Quicker turnaround to get back to Atlanta for the next game.
2) Play #4 instead of #3. Should be the easier option.
3) Minimizing time difference for players and coaches is always good.
The main goal is to make it to Atlanta so my vote goes to whatever makes that easier but I think it's being #1 and the Sugar.

year. I'm thinking if we go to the Rose Bowl, I'd go to that and watch the Natty on TV. The Rose Bowl trip would be pretty unique.
