Most are comparing this year's version of KB2 vs. last year's version of DW4. DW4 was much more polished coming out of high school and KB2 was a project. This meaning the learning curve was much steeper for KB2. KB2 was not as good as DW4 last year but his stats say he is comparable at this point in his career. Certainly DW4 is a more developed QB but also took lots of risks and was a turnover machine at times. He always seemed to win the day at the end of the game but the game was close because of earlier errors.

To keep him a secret for this year lol. Honestly I think there has been a sense of urgency in Kelly this year being thrown into the leadership role and he has reall embraced it and taken his game to another level

As I see it DW was able to grasp our system quickly. Along with his athletic ability and unshakable demeanor on the field separated him from everyone else. From what I have been told learning the play book did not come quite as easy for KB. He also matured quite a bit between spring ball and fall practice. He is a great athlete also, it is not fair to him to compare him to DW. I was skeptical about KB early on, but he has surpassed all expectations to date. I think we should let KB be himself and chart his on course as Kelly Bryant. I wish him all the success possible!

easy answer to that.....KB2 was a better runner but not passer than DW4......obvious KB2 has worked really hard on passing game and has much improved that area of his game since last season.....game over.....Go Tigers!!!!
