Thanks for posting but I have to say whatever to the rankings. Am I supposed to sit here and think combine performances coupled with the results of 7 on 7 tournaments should cause a shift in the rankings as far as who the #1 QB is? It's not like TL went out and stunk it up over the summer. Combine and 7 on 7 performances can't guage what a kid can do once the bullets start flying. I'm ignoring the rankings until it's proven on the field in a game that counts. Besides which this has more to do with producing hype around an uncommitted prospect than anything.

BTW I'm not trying to take anything away from him. He's a beast. Maybe he tears it up this year and earns it but TL's film is the best I've seen to date.

so there is no intrigue to sell. When Fields was committed to Child Molester U, recruiting services weren't pushing him as number one. Once he decommitted they started pushing the narrative to get more attention for their websites once he does decide

We will only know who is actually better in 3-4 years. Until then, what does it matter? Gary was ranked over Lawrence... Marshall was ranked over Gurley... Lots were ranked ahead of Watson...
