I once had the pleasure of playing with with the first Clemson golfer to play in The Masters.

I'm not sure if he still lives there, but you've got the right guy.

You weren't off by much

Aug 17, 2017, 9:55 PM

I believe Chris was the second, and Dillard Pruitt was the third.

Dillard got a little camera time at the PGA Sunday.

I saw that

I had the chance to play a few times with Dillard at Palmetto in Aiken. Once, we were on the tee at 16, a par three, and he remarked that it was the only hole there that he hadn't birdied. He hit it to about four feet . . . . and missed the putt, lol. Maybe he's still looking for a birdie there.

Not a better person than Parker Moore. Plays little if at all now.

I don't think he was playing much back when I played with him, but he still was only a few over par at Musgrove, which was, and still is, a tough track.
