I just sorta shook my head when he went in the 7th round. Clemson receivers own the NFL; he tore it up in the Senior Bowl and had some scouts talking second or third round and left them gushing about his route-running, his polished skillset, etc...and to top it off, he caught 6 for 99 against Alabama on the biggest stage of college football against a defense allegedly loaded with 1st-round talent.

And he slides to the 7th round?

Sometimes the NFL misses, glaringly, and you really do wonder how much film they actually watch, or if their front offices are even listening to their own scouts. Grady Jarrett sliding all the way down to the 5th comes to mind as well...predictably, he's a starter this year. Already.

What's really great is he caught all of his targets last night.

4 Targets = 4 Catches

That's the most important state in my opinion.
