So am I, he played as good and better in most cases like a senior. And like he has said, he has worked hard to get to where he is now and he deserves it but, I wish that he would have come back for his senior season. He and Mackensie would have been two from last seasons D that would have sparked this season D into being another great defense heading for another trip to the title game, and making it much easier. And that is the way it was supposed to have been if they hadn't left early. When a team has NFL talent going into their senior year, that is what makes a championship team!!! About every college National Championship team is loaded with players drafted into the NFL....

For a guy who many of us thought didn't belong on the field in major college football to make the improvements that he did and end up as the 1st pick of the 2nd round is incredibly impressive, and a credit to both Kevin and the Clemson staff.

Sure, it would be great for us fans if he and MA came back for another year.. but I don't hold it against either of them for deciding to go. They both made a buttload of guaranteed money, with more to come. Best of luck!

Cant wait to see him play and hope that it all works out better than he could ever expect. He is a humble guy that deserves the best of the best. Way to go Dodd!
