Remember when you took the test and had to choose the answer...and after picking one, you noodled over it...went back...and thought about changing? It was a worthwhile exercise....consider your options...recall what you learned, but when all was said and done, you stuck with your original selection, which has proven to be right all so often. The answer: Clemson

Ryan Bartow at 247 projects Smith to LSU now after his visit

I just get a bad feeling depending on the outcomes of our and LSU's seasons that Smith could find his way with Shavar Manuel over to LSU.
I'm hoping we continue to win and he comes back into the fold. Snagging him and Tre Lamar to couple with Chad Smith coming off his redshirt makes me feel like the LB worries we currently have would not be an issue for the next several years.

Coach V will be the deciding factor...

You can't overlook what Coach V. has done this year with this defense.
How he has developed these young players and grown them up so quickly, I don't see LSU being a better choice. Our defense (and offense) will only get better into next year.
Unless he gets blinded by all the $EC hype, he will be in orange.

I think Orgeron is a hell of a recruiter, and it doesn't help that Savion Smith and Shavar Manuel are probably going to end up at LSU. Having said that, I feel like it is pretty late for them to jump into the fold, especially given the rapport that our coaches have already established with Smith. I think we land him, I wish he would just re-commit already....

Yeah, I don't really put a ton of stock into the whole crystal ball thing, but it would be nice if LSU imploded down the stretch to help us out a bit.

is inevitable.
Western Kentucky may throw for 700 yards on them.

Severely doubt that he will be a DE in college

He was being called this best linebacker at the Opening, no way he would move to the d-line especially with our linebacker depth, but who knows if he signs somewhere else.

By telling the sports people he was thrilled with LSU he gets extra attention.
He ends up at Clemson.

Heck, we all know you or I would be thrilled if we went on an official visit to LSU. That's a heck of a place to catch a football game - one of the best in the country behind the real Death Valley. Let him take his visits and we'll see him in orange and regalia soon enough

Kevin Steele vs Brent Venables. Not even close who will prepare him for the next level. Clemson may coach him better than anyone in the country, but certainly will do better than LSU will.

Would not want to be lead by a man who eats 1 banana before a 330 game and faints on the sideline.

Walk the walk and lead by example.
Did put a bunch of LB's in the NFL @ Bama though... wait, nvmnd..... that was Kirby Smart and Saban. And multiple #1 ranked LBs in the country coming out of their respective classes in HS.
Remember hearing stories about #49 (forget his name) DE out of SC. Apparently Les set the visit up to where some supafine white girl who worked with the fb program in a "host role," if you will. Kid never looked back. Haven't heard his name on Sunday's either. Last time I saw him was when he was faking injuries on the field in ATL in a losing effort vs Clemson.

If he goes to LSU he goes to LSU we will find another diamond in the rough and coach them up to be successful. Let them go to LSU that's on them. Its a great time for them since their friends are there and LSU is actually doing well. But as soon as that team falls apart or if Fournette sits out his Junior year like they are trying to tell him they are #### out of luck.. I just made that last part up though lol ..
