I love college sports. And for some it is a business, for many of us it is far more than a business. Our emotions soar with a win and sink with a loss especially to a rival. I think it is more than a business to Dabo and Spurrier.... and that is why they are good at their jobs. I understand it was time for a change in our baseball program but it is more than a business.
As I was told Frank Howard said when he retired, "I am retiring because of sickness." ..... "The fans are sick of me!" I think many fans want a change and it is time. We may go through a time when we wish for the good old days of Leggett and Wilhelm.... Leggett will not be easily replaced.
