Ken Hatfield game in Virginia in 1990 when they finally beat us. Their stadium was small but they packed it to the rafters for that game and made lots of noise.

Is 49K for a basketball game? Football is only 32K i think.

got it backwards. We use half the dome for hoops. our record is 33,000. For football we hold 49,250

It's not impossible for a team to play way beyond its normal talent. We have all seen it happen before. It's not always because of a choke by the highly ranked team. We have to remember that these teams are two groups of talented and competitive people. Our side is more talented, but its not like they are another species or anything.

Don't open yourselves up for shock if this game is a slugfest. I'm patiently and calmly expecting stress. :)

You warm up the engine lay some rubber on the track and pull to the line aimed at the middle of your lane, lock the brakes, rev the engine and wait for the light. You dump the clutch when you think the green light is due and the Lenco tranny finish the job.

Well, it's not really a race when you're sporting a double A fueler and look over in the other lane and see a '59 ford flathead V8 wagon and and somebody's grandmaw strapped in the driver's seat.

I just hope Dabo doesn't pull the chute lever too soon and we half track their yankee azzes.
