perfectly enough to have the license plate in full view of the camera. Or is this camera so cheap and old tech that the video is too grainy and pixated to see the license plate clearly? Even after using software to zoom in and clean up the image?

Wow...several comments. Those are worst security camera images I've ever seen. Where did we buy the camera? Costco?
You can get better images from above the earth on Google Earth or the CIA/NASA Satellites. Finally, a $5K reward? We are really serious about this aren't we. If IPTAY can only raise $5K...give it up as we never catch the guys who did this.

2nd car in the video (truck arriving) - wonder if this was a lookout car. Would be very strange to have 2 cars traveling at the same time, yet no other cars throughout the rest of the video.
