A kid at my hs who was missing a hand welding class made him a claw like hand to go around the bar for bench and strap to his wrist when he left his bench press was 315 and he weighed only 230 lbs so its possible to get strong even with a minor problem like this.

Exactly!!! And he tackles better than most of our guys that has both their hands. He is one of those that is out to prove that he is as good working with less. THAT drive comes from the Heart!!!
