Does it make anyone feel better that the #1 Defense did not give up a score?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

null

Does #1 Offense not face the #1 Defense?

Aug 17, 2010, 3:27 PM

Article states Boyd QB the #1 offense and Wade the #2 offense, but Wade's numbers were down because he faced the #1 defense most of the day

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

no 1 versus 2 on both sides.***

thankfully one of our starting rb's did something.

Aug 17, 2010, 3:30 PM

Ellington seems to have had a quiet fall camp.

the less you hear about them from the coaches.

I seem to remember thinking this time last year that Spiller was having a quiet camp. In retrospect, it was because he was a known quantity and the staff was giving younger guys reps to see what they had to offer. We all know what kind of regular season he had...

The goal is to get offense and defense installed and engrained and to keep everyone healthy through camp. Seems like we've done those two things.

I hope Da'Quan gets back soon. Wasn't there a stud linebacker, I wanna say Nick Watkins, that never quite recovered from the tragic death of his sister? I hope that's not the case with Da'Quan...

Alot of us has been around here for along time. And we take whats said after practice with a grain of salt. he practices are private to keep the wrong fans and teams from knowing what we are working with. And whats being really being said out there is being kept private also. If you ever notice that when the team comes of the practice field. One coach one day will say things was'nt all that good today.
and the next day Dabo will say we had a very good work out today, the guys were hitting hard bla bla bla. When we line up against Auburn on the field. All of college FB that will be on our schedule after Auburn. And Tiger Nation will know what kind of team we have. Except for a few leaks here and there, we will only know and see what Dabo wants us to hear and see....
