I'm not sure who you think you are telling me to shut up there, board bully, but I'll shut up when I'll shut up when I'm good and ready, and not when some little prick on a message board tells me to.

Surf cat is definitely on his period

Maybe so, but I don't think that people should say things to someone on the internet that they wouldn't say to their face.

A small amount of human decency shouldn't be too much to ask, but then again that may be asking too much from this crowd.

Your asking like a little ##### and I definitely have no problem saying that to your face. Attacking a teenager for saying something wrong..geez

Well then you're more of an ignorant redneck than I gave you credit for.

It's pretty stupid. Clemson University. It's not that hard.***

I guess he had a 50 50 shot. ;)

Maybe he'll go to The University of Auburn or

the University of Mississippi State and we won't have to worry about it.

Of course there's the off chance that he'll end up at North Carolina University of Louisville University, I suppose.

If he can play and help those teams win, I'll bet their fans won't mind that as a high school kid he made a little goof on his tweet in his excitement about getting an offer.

You do realize that if you refer to Auburn as University of Auburn that you're gonna confuse everyone in the entire state of Alabama as they will all be UofA. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Obviously, unimportant stuff like reading and words and

stuff and getting it right aren't that big of a deal to a lot of these kids. And that's pathetic.

It's "Clemson University".
It's not "University Of Clemson"

They are different. They are not the same. One exists, one does not. There is no such place as "University Of Clemson". It does matter.

"Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard."

Good thing he didn't use CLEMSON COLLEGE or CLEMSON A&M...oh wait.

I'm with you. I'm sure the guy knows Clemson. He'll get it right soon enough.

Lets just tell him the offer no longer stands. We can't have 16 year old kids making mistakes like this.

That don't even sound close to right, does it. If they don't know for sure, just say Clemson....

Seriously?

This is probably a 16 year old kid who isn't from SC. As an alumni it doesn't anger me that he made a mistake in a tweet... chill out.
