my point was simply that when the support is there, we can easily fill LJ at 10k.

I guess my thoughts are just that if we plan on tearing it down to rebuild a smaller, more modernized arena to help strengthen recruiting and the program as a whole, what do we plan on doing when we're constantly selling out the smaller arena with people being turned away? Will we tear the smaller arena down to build yet another arena just as big/bigger than LJ is now?

I've always thought it was better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

If we can fill 10,000 seats for NIT games, we can do it for regular season games.

Not having confidence in the fans calls into question the entire concept of sinking large amounts of money into hoops program.

I'm not sure why fans are jamming the place for these NT games and not coming out in force for regular season ACC match-ups, but there has to be a way to tap into the obvious enthusiasm that is there for Clemson basketball under the right circumstances.

Our athletic department needs to figure it out.
