A while back, someone commented that if a poster's pulse rating is low enough, they are limited to one post a day. Is this true, and if it is, what is the threshold?

actually, i think i've tmailed Crump but will send to both of you from now on. they've been banned shortly afterwards, but I could never understand how such handles get manually approved in the first place.

Currently, if the pulse goes low enough, we get a special email that alerts us. We then go take a look at their recent post history, and probably 90% of the time ban them.
We could do the post limit thing, but since they are usually banned anyway it wouldn't matter much.
