It didn't look like we were trying hard to stop the conversion just to stop the big play scoring on each of those 4th downs in that series. It seemed less about skill and more about strategy. Result was still the same no matter, though.

The 3rd down stats still count in proving we can get it done even with a less than stellar secondary. WF may be a bigger test at least with Campanaro on the field. We'll see.

But that was a foolish statement. You think in quarters 1-3 they're going for it on 4th? I understand the frustration, but 3 for 16 means a lot.
