That's incorrect. You must be 3 years removed from high school, not 3 years into a college career. Since Martavis went to Hargrave for 1 year after high school, he is eligible for the 2013 draft.

No, he played his freshman year. He will be a junior in 2013. It's kind of a shame that we couldn't redshirt him for a season but he has been productive in spurts and it's tough to keep someone like him off the field, even if you can only get him 10 balls.
