Plenty of them...

I think Jackson Campana will be the starting third baseman when February 15 comes. It's very likely you'll see a good bit of Matthew Crownover (assuming his rehab from "Tommy John" surgery that he had in March continues to go well). I imagine Clate Schmidt will pitch a good deal, he was projected to be a first-round draft pick and told the Major League teams not to bother to draft him, he was going to college. That's why he fell so far in the draft. Don't be surprised if Rudy Cox plays a good bit in the outfield. I expect Matt Reed will be the back-up catcher to Garrett Boulware, but we'll see how that competition works out between now and Feb. 15. Clemson now has 4 left-handed pitchers, something that is not common. Joseph Moorefield and Kyle Bailey are back and the two freshmen are also here. When I talked to Joseph a couple of weeks ago, he told me that there could be 8 freshmen in the starting lineup; Thomas Brittle is pretty much a lock in center field.
Yes, 19 is WAY more than usual.

And it IS too many when kids that have worked hard and done what they were asked to do get run off because of a numbers crunch. I know you love Ray Tanner and the way HE does this, but I think it's despicable.

Duggar and Cox will compete with Slaton for outfield spots flanking Brittle in CF. Wilkerson and Baum will start up the middle. 3B is wide open. Whitman could push McGibbon at 1B, especially if McGibbon struggles to get over the Mendoza line as he did most of last year. Schmidt and Toney will see substantial time on the mound. Have been hearing that Crownover is ahead of schedule after TJ surgery, so he could also factor into the mix at some point. Depth at catcher is going to be a big issue. I've got a feeling that the Bradley kid listed as a C/SS could end up a full time catcher. If so, he could challenge Boulware for time behind the plate.
Reader will NOT play both ways and will start the year way down the rotation list. Don't know much about the rest. Pitching should be decent. Big question will be same as last year, can we score any runs?

We must have had to not renew a lot of scholarships to stay within the 35 total. Anyone know who is not back?

I BELIEVE that Attanasio, Cleveland, Fletcher, and Caughman are no longer playing, although some of them remain students. There are a couple of pitchers who redshirted last year who are out due to surgery. I'm pretty sure they will not be on the roster and I suspect they are both done. There are one or two more I am not sure about.
