He will walk away ultra impressed. Clemson's defense in those days was superb. And JD was one of the main men - the Judge.
I hope we can get this kid. I think JD would be a great mentor for him. It would be a WIN-WIN deal for everyone -- except the teams we play.

the Judge is the best football player to ever set foot in DV with a Paw on his helmet. Saw him play and haven't seen the likes of him since.....Terry Kinard, Anthony Simmons, Dawk, Keith Adams and CJ were in the room with him and Jim Stuckey, Jeff Bryant, Michael Dean, Ed McDaniel and Levon were just outside the room but the Judge owned the room.

That at his high school they don't seem to really talk about Jeff Davis? Coming up I always heard legends of the former greats who played at my High School, gave us something to shoot for.

when i was coming up we had one that came out of my HS, LaMarr Hoyt, who won a Cy Young with the White Sox in '85, and during the '85 ALCS our principal came over the intercom during school and gave us stats and info on him, etc., and i think all of Keenan HS watched his every start in the playoffs.

So is this guy that good? or is the hype mainly that he attends the same HS that JD attended? I don't keep up with these talented guys enough to know the answer to that.
