Why does Dabo say this every year? Through attrition and transfers most teams in D1 football have between 20-30 juniors and seniors and 50-60 frosh.

I hate to look ahead but will we be able to take a reasonably full class in 2014? I've seen projections between 16-20 after transfers and the like for 2013 but will 2014 be back to normal?
