Typical mixture of base salary + incentives for hitting milestones. Not sure what the numbers are but Penn State's football program is a $50mil dollar business (well, it WAS anyway). Dabo is basically the CEO of a multimillion dollar corporation with 120+ employees. Factor in the stress and scrutiny that comes with the position and the pay is about right. I do know some of you think he would look better wearing a Burger King headset and taking orders though.

Any bonuses should be contingent on beating the Coots, as this is no longer a given.
