Congrats to Cornell. I saw him in the Shrine Bowl and thought he was gonna be great. Eventually he was. When he was struggling to get reps, he did not leave. He put in the work and had a tremendous Senior Year. I think we have a couple of similar wideouts on campus now that I expect to have a breakout year next year.

Agreed. He could of easily transferred and started on many other teams but he didn't. A testament to the great young man he is. I believe the steal of the draft.

Love it. He'll get plenty of 1v1 opportunities over the top in that offense with defenses being so occupied with the likes of Tyreek, Kelce, and CEH.

Powell has shown that keeping your head down, and coming to practice everyday like it's your last chance has paid off, and when you do that, people see the results when you get your chances during game time. I think the scouts will tell somebody about you at the next level.

I seriously believe that Powell will make the roster on an NFL team, and if not at KC, KC will let another team know about him bc he has good hands with the ability to make difficult catches!!!!
