Just got back from the Swinney Camp

Although I am 43, I technically have 4 years of eligibility left. And while I may not have been the top athlete at my position, I think my maturity and wisdom will put me over the top. Venables even came by and said that in his 20+ years of coaching, he has never seen technique like mine. In fact most of the coaches were smiling and pointing in my direction all afternoon.
Please wish me luck, but I have a pretty good feeling about this and should be suiting up this fall!

True genius is not always immediately recognized, besides, most of the Coaches have never seen an eleven star athlete, so it’s understandable that they might not know what to make of it.

Well Balm, if being on the football team doesn’t pick up enough ladies, I know the stache and that sweet car you drive certainly will. And remember, don’t trip and fall while running down the hill, that would definitely ruin your T-net career and reputation.

Thanks for posting, this is very encouraging. I'm a spry 45 at 6'-5" and about 200 lbs so perhaps I can crack the 2 deep at WR. I have great hands and run good routes.
I'm not particularly fast, and my knees are a little beat up. Some time in the strength and conditioning program should resolve that though.
I'm gonna get a highlight video together of some sick catches I've made in the yard. Only issue is that my number is 4, but I'm sure we can work something out on a Fuller/Watson patch.
