so tell me this

Oct 21, 2018, 8:34 PM

If a receiver catches and his toe drags from inbounds to outbounds, it's a catch. But if he gets a toe down inbounds and his heel plants across the line, he's out-of-bounds?

so you drag a toe and your body plants across the line, it's good. Your foot plants and no good. Seems inconsistent.

I think I read an earlier post that had the rules broken down pretty good. Bottom line is that you have to have the entire foot inbounds are touch 2 points inbounds with the same spot of the body (dragging your foot).
