i am thinking there would be some consequences. Sit for some of the bowl game at least. Not saying that would be appropriate or not. Thoughts?

I have it on good authority that Spurrier plans to punish him severely by not allowing him to play any offensive plays in the Capital One Bowl.

A stern talking to.
It's a speeding ticket or two speeding tickets.
Let it go.
Besides - he's innocent until proven guilty and the trials will be January or later.

Innocent until proven guilty?

I'm pretty sure the radar that was used proves him guilty in the case of speeding.

Was the radar properly calibrated?
Was the officer certified to operate that radar?

Pretty sure calibration isn't an issue when

You're talking 25+ over the posted limit.
And yes, any State Trooper is fully qualified to operate a radar gun, as it is one of their main duties.
If you think he is innocent, you're just trolling.

Calibration is always an issue, and the way I read it, it was a city police officer.

For being an idiot and pissing off a hotel balcony and shaming his teams and college. Pretty sure reckless driving is a little worse than choosing a bad spot to pee.

The BSU QB might transfer (and sit out a year to do so) to SC, if he can beat the indecent exposure rap. Heard he wants to play for Mangus if the evidence doesn't stand up in court. He's probably hoping for a hung jury.

Lawadamercy, you gonna sit a kid for speeding? Take his driver's license and take him off your insurance. What? You don't pay his insurance?

Look, it's another thread about Clowney and/or the Gamecocks. This place is turning into an orange & purple version of FGF.

There's nothing for the coach to do.
What irks me is how you or I would be treated by the officer/state in the same situation.
