quick early look at depth chart for UGA game

Feb 18, 2020, 2:15 PM

It will be a tough game, especially for an opener with a lot of new faces on the offensive side of the ball. They will have to grow up quick.

Key losses: TL, ETN, Rodgers

other losses: Stewart/Reeves on oline, chalk/price te, Powell WR

Potential leaving early for NFL (worse case): Carman OL, Ross WR

So we will have new QB, RB, and be replacing potentially 2 WR and 2 OL

We have obviously recruited well at all of these positions and will learn more this year on possible replacements.

May have to rely on defense as our only losses I see at this point are Pinkney, Skalski, and Turner. XT will be draft eligible, but unless he really just has a breakthrough year he should be back.

breakthrough year much like Chase Young did last year. There's going to be so much more talent and depth around him this year, that he likely gets to get after the QB.
