That’s why they will continue to fail at an administration level.

When they hire a coach to be the AD, what did they expect. What makes a coach qualified to be an AD? Would you hire an AD to be the baseball coach?

DRad and Terry Don are professional AD’s...you hire qualified professionals and look what happens.
