Wondering if my logic is correct

We clinch a spot in the championship with
1. A Win over GT

or

2. A Miami win over Duke

if we lose to GT and Miami beats Duke then us and GT will both be 2-1 with us holding the tie breaker

I think my logic is correct, but still just beat GT

they have the tiebreaker in a 2 way tie, Duke has the tiebreaker in a 3 way tie

if we lose to GT, THEY hold the tiebreaker over us if both of us finish 2-1

if Duke beats Miami, they have the 3-way tiebreaker as the highest seed.
