Why Notre Dame's "Postponed Game" could be significant

The ACCCG takes the two teams with the best winning percentage in league play.

IF this scenario were to play out:
- ND can't reschedule and loses that game
- ND loses to Clemson
- UNC loses to ND
- Clemson finishes 10-0 in the ACC
- ND finishes 8-1
- UNC finishes 9-1

UNC would go to the ACCCG ahead of ND despite both having 1 loss in league play and UNC losing the head-to-head.

I think it's unlikely that anyone is going to play 10 games in the conference at this rate as UNC, VT, UVA, NC St, ND, and Wake have all postponed games so far (in and out of conference) but it's still an interesting wrinkle.

Plus the bucknuts will start thinking of calling in a sick day for the Penn State game. Because, why risk it?

Thought WF and ND have a perfect week for the makeup?

Notre Dame is like a homeless person in the ACC’s bushes.***
