is going to blow up next year at Safety? I think he and Blanks will be a huge upgrades in our secondary as the season moves along.

I hope so, but i have my reservations.. I think by the end of the year Smith will be sharing time w either Kearse, Wiggins or Geohaghan.

I can pretty much guarantee Kearse is a RS. Great athlete, but to expect a true freshman that spent most of his time at QB to come in and get meaningful reps at sefety is a stretch. However, You never know....


I cant wait for spring practices, we should learn a lot about who is next in line.

I dont think Kearse redshirts at all I see him playing a lot in the role Blanks had last year in that hybrid lb/safety role
