Just in case I get a hankering for a dadgum whiskey in the Queen City. Can you freshen that up Ms. Bartender?

beer drinker myself. That hard stuff makes my brain feel about two sizes two big for my head, with accompanying scrunching it in there anyway type pains, the next day. I can assimilate beer almost as fast as I can drink it, but stuff like whiskey, or especially good tequila, sneak attacks real quick! :)

If you go there ask for extra cowbell. You can never get enough.

In uptown:
-Merchant and Trade is a swanky rooftop bar with an awesome view. There can be a line to get up and they have a dress code (pants, no sneakers). If the line is too long there is also a nice bar in the restaurant downstairs, Angeline. They both make a good old fashioned. Very close to BofA.
-Cellar at Duckworths

Outside of uptown:
-Soul Gastrolounge
-Haberdish
-The Crunkleton ($10 membership required)
