Fairey doesn’t seem 100% set as a first baseman on those wider throws off the bag. TIA

Good call. From preseason interviews I didn’t remember hearing Fairey being a heavy contributor at 1B. Hawkins has a solid Freshman campaign and expected him to be a major power contributor in lineup

Earlier in the game. I think normally fairer would be the DH and Kier would be in left. But Kier was a little sick so they just put him at DH and started Henderson in left. So I guess our normal lineup would be fairey at DH, Meridith in left, and Hawkins at first
