What to think about App State at #25?

I know they're pretty good but would you really use a USuC victory as the reason to put them in the top 25. Or is it another conspiracy to put them at #25 just so eSECpn can say "well, it was a top 25 team that South Carolina lost to not just any unranked team".

I think going into a SEC teams home field and not just winning; but controlling the game got them in. The lamecocks after all did beat Georgia on their home field.

I do like App State though. I have been to Kidd Brewer stadium a few times and it's a cool game day atmosphere(long as it's early season).

But, them losing to Georgia Southern is crazy to me. Georgia Southern has no passing game at all.

They’re 8–1 with a win over a team that beat Georgia, and a win over a team that took Clemson right down to the end. Their one loss was a close one to a team that only lost by 3 to Minnesota. That’s not a terrible resume.
